The power and beauty of the human voice takes center stage as the Cappella Cantorum Men's Chorus presents an extraordinary afternoon of great male choral music.
The Men's Chorus began in June 1977 with a performance at the Chester Meeting House and in 1979, they garnered a state-wide reputation as part of Conntours, a subsidized touring program by the Connecticut Commission on the Arts. The Cappella Cantorum Men's Chorus has shared the stage with The Boston Common, Max Showalter, Hartford Choral Club, Coro Alpino, a men's chorus from the valley of Aoste in Northern Italy, and the Connecticut Jazz Festival Chorus.
