At Shoreline Fitness, the staff seems to know the names of everyone who walks through the door. SHO features cardio and strength equipment, and offers every type of service, from personal training and nutrition to group exercise classes to childcare. Programs include Body Combat, which combines elements of martial arts and boxing, BodyFlow, which is a more holistic approach to fitness, and Zumba,which helps you to get in shape to the sounds of Latin rhythyms. SHO also has a sister facility at 210 Main Street in Old Saybrook.
