Nearby Businesses To Participate In Third Annual Appetite For Life

On June 5, Madison's Red Tomato will donate 15 percent of proceeds from dinner.

 

The third annual Appetite for Life, a month-long charitable dining program partnering Middlesex Hospital and more than 20 restaurants and businesses in Middlesex County kicked off Wednesday, May 30 with a standing-room only crowd at the in Middletown.

Staff from the hospital’s Cancer Center and the Center for Survivorship & Integrative Medicine shadowed wait staff and tips the caregivers receive will be donated to the CSIM.

Appetite for Life benefits the hospital’s Center for Survivorship & Integrative Medicine. Each participating business picks a date in June to donate a portion of that day’s proceeds to the cause.
