It's Toys For Tots Day In Clinton
After Much Work, Donations, And Generosity, Toys Are Distributed Today At Town Hall
It was a lot of work by the Clinton Police Department, local businesses, organizations and other individuals but the pay-off, to know a child in town will have a huge smile on their face Christmas morning, makes it all worth it.
The annual Toys for Tots program organized by the police department came to its conclusion today as the many, many toys were distributed to parents at Andrews Memorial Town Hall. The process was done by pre-registering with the town's Social Services Department which coordinated the program to help serve local needy families.
Toys had been collected at several town locations prior to being loaded onto a police truck by the officers for the town hall distribution event.
