Looking for a fun and healthy Saturday activity for the family?
On April 28, the Valley-Shore YMCA is pleased to host Healthy Kids Day 2012. This annual event, which is celebrated at over 1,900 YMCA across the country, is designed to give parents and children the knowledge to make healthy lifestyle choices.
Starting at 1 p.m., visitors can expect health and wellness vendors, outdoor activities such as pony rides and bounce castles, clowns, music, free food and more.
