Come try out Combat Hapkido, "The Science of Self Defense". This is for men, women, boys, and girls from ages 7 and up. Seniors are welcome! Bring the family! You don't have to have great athletic prowess to practice this art effectively, but you will find yourself becoming more fit, and gaining balance and confidence as you go.
