Finding Well-Priced Properties in Clinton Just Got Easier

Seaportre.com allows consumers to sift through a sea of overpriced properties and locate the deals quickly. - "Keyword Search"

Since our new site has gone live we keep hearing great feedback
about our Keyword Search! People love the ability to be specific with their
search criteria. We understand that many of our clients have a specific need
and are only looking for a certain type of property. Our keyword search is one
way we are making your home/property search an enjoyable and simplified

process. If you are looking for a property in only one of two towns, and one
that must be a horse property, why would you sift through 36 properties in
those towns when you really only have to look at two?

To help simplify your search find “Search By Keyword” under the
“Search Listings” pull-down tab.

Examples of Common Searches:

GOLF ~ Have you ever imagined your back yard extending directly into,
like say the 11th fairway of a professionally manicured golf course?
So close, that the landscaping crew is now improving the exterior of your lawn
with their precise cuts and attention to detail? Close enough that you can grab
your 7-iron, walk out your back French doors and play a quick par 4? Type “Golf
“ and find homes that will make your dream a reality!

Equestrian ~ “Horse Property” or simply
“horse,” will also be adequate keywords to try when looking for an Equestrian
Property. A home that will fulfill all the needs of a horse owner can be found,
but obviously there are not an abundance of them out there in the marketplace.
Weed out the properties off the top that don’t have a chance of housing your
horse!

Waterfront ~ This is one of the top searches on seaportre.com and continues to
grow every month! You can also search specifically for “Waterfront Properties”
under the “Search Listings” tab.

Masons Island ~ Simply type in “Masons Island” and you will find all the Masons Island Homes currently for sale. In addition to the residential properties this key word search can be used to find the 16 remaining lots/land on the Island. Masons Island is like no other part of Mystic Country and increasing demand makes this a constant search item.

Probate ~ Search properties in a specific area that are subject to court approval or are that fall under probate. Typically properties in probate will require some elbow grease but can yield a great value. Also, type “short-sale” or “foreclosure” to find properties that are typically being searched for by our bargain hunters.

Other great keywords used to expose deals in the marketplace
are...  Relo, motivated, financing, must sell.

The contractor has finished installing the new drainage crossings to handle the storm water on theRead More road surface. We are waiting for the paving contractor to start reclaiming and milling the road in preperation for new asphalt. The catchbasin tops will be installed just prior to repaving when the milling and reclaiming work is completed.
