The Second Referendum Vote Takes Place Today, Wednesday, May 25, from 6am to 8pm At Town Hall.

The second budget referendum vote is taking place today, May 25, from 6am to 8pm at Andrews Memorial Town Hall in Clinton.

All registered voters and electors (those owning property, both real estate and vehicles, valued at $1,000 or more on the current grand list) are encouraged to come out and vote.

There are two questions on the ballot (see attached copy of ballot)

1.     In favor of the proposed Town Government budget of the Town of Clinton for the fiscal year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 in the amount of $14,288,785?  Mark yes or no.

2.     In favor of the proposed Board of Education Budget of the Town of Clinton for the fiscal year July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 in the amount of $31,212,306? Mark yes or no.
