Special Town Meeting Wednesday, March 30

Held At Andrews Memorial Town Hall In Clinton, 7pm

There will be a Special Town Meeting in Clinton this Wednesday, March 30 at 7pm at town hall.

All voters, electors and others qualified to vote in a town meeting are invited to attend.

The agenda is as follows:

1. To consider and discuss, but not vote upon, an appropriation of $9.4 million in various infrastructure improvements such as renovations and upgrades to the schools, town buildings and bulkheads for future bonding. See the . The referendum vote on the bonding projects (listed as one item, not individually for pick and choose votes) will be held Wednesday, April 6, from 6am to 8pm at town hall.

2. To consider and vote upon to appropriate $47,000 from the contingency line item to the Department of Public Works equipment repairs and maintenance account.

3. To consider and vote upon to reallocate $40,000 of the $126,789 (remaining from four municipal building committee projects) to the Pleasant Valley bridge project.

4. To consider and vote upon to appropriate $19,000 for architectural services to prepare the conceptual drawings for the study from the contingency line item.
