Clinton Man Charged, Arraigned In Middletown Burglary

Wayne Rogers III, 24, was charged with third-degree burglary and a string of drug charges


Wayne Rogers III, 24, of Clinton was arraigned in court on Tuesday on charges of third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics near a housing project and possession of drug paraphernalia near a housing project, the Middletown Press reported.

According to police reports, Middletown police were called to Glenn's Auto Motive on Sunday evening and found Rogers hiding under a tow truck.

He had allegedly gathered $796 worth of parts from the shop and told police he was planning to take the items, the Middletown Press reported.

Rogers, according to the report, had drugs on him at the time of his arrest.

However, I will add in that the individual listed in the article/report is in fact, a loser, a low life. I suggest he gets off his drugged behind, gets his life together, and gets a real job. Nonetheless, these are all great suggestions but will all be very hard to pursue when behind bars.
