State Police Seeking Help Identifying Man Hit By Car On I-95

Can you help?

From the CT State Police: 

On November 23, 2013, at approximately 3:18 a.m., a man was hit by a car while he was walking on Interstate 95 southbound, near Exit #7 in Stamford, CT. This person’s identity is unknown at this time.

The following facts are known about this man:

Hispanic male, approx. 20-30 years old Dark brown/black (spiked) hair Wearing the following clothing (see images at right for similar):

* M R & Company dark blue-colored jeans * Timberland black colored belt with a silver buckle * J-CREW blue-and-white striped, button-down shirt, size 16-16-1/2 * Victoria Brand grayish/blue hooded sweatshirt jacket, zipper in front, XXL * Nike Air -running shoes, size-11, gray and blue in color * White colored, ankle height socks * Tarra’O red-colored boxer briefs * Possibly wearing brown-colored rosary beads or wooden type necklace, brown in color, no cross attached

The Connecticut State Police only want to identify this person so that we can notify his family. Any help would be appreciated and State Police need your assistance to bring closure to this case.
