Robert Doyle, 20, of Commerce Street in Clinton was arrested by the Clinton Police for failure to pay or plead.

Nole Chuint, 28, of Liberty Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a license and improper parking.
September 17
Police arrested Matthew Dittman, 23, of Old Clinton Road in Westbrook with charges of criminal mischief in the first degree, threatening, and harassment in the first degree.
Nolan Bugg, 26, of West Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the second.
September 18
Eric Rodrigues, 29, of Cow Hill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with the illegal manufacture, distribution, sale and/or dispensing of drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
September 19
Sean Douglass, 20, of Valley Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with larceny in the third degree and forgery in the third degree.
