Arrests for the month of September, 2011

The following arrest information is supplied by the Clinton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction:

September 1

Meghan Lewonczyk, 24, of Berlin Turnpike in Berlin was arrested and charged with threatening and harassment in the second degree.

September 2

Gregory Tino, 52, of Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged with disorderly conduct.

Police arrested Andrew Cryts, 40, of Cinnamon Way in Old Saybrook at the Pierson School and charged him with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive in the proper lane.

September 3

Police arrested Kurt Neumann, 42, of Kelseytown Bridge Road and charged him with larceny in the sixth degree.

September 6

Lisa Wilson, 50, of Bayview Avenue in Branford was arrested and charged with larceny in the fourth degree.

Eric Partelow, 33, of West Pond Meadow Road in Westbrook was arrested after a trespass complaint and charged with creating a public disturbance.

September 7

Jodie Tabb, 50, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven was arrested and charged with criminal violation of restraining order.

Michael McGonagle, 46, of Blackman Road in Murfreesboro, TN, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

September 9

Douglas Dahlberg , 53, of River Road in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged with disorderly conduct.

September 10

Joshua Hutchins, 20, of Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

John Hutchins, 52, of Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Charles Wilson, 27, of Oak Ridge Road in Cumberland, ME, was arrested at the Shell Gas station on High Street and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

September 12

Police arrested Christopher Kaspern, 26, of Horse Hill Road in Westbrook and charged him with violation of probation and/or conditional discharge.

September 13

Katherine Beecher, 46, of Main Street in Old Saybrook was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

September 14

Brian Odea, 22, of Longate Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

September 15

Willanesha Beverly, 20, of Fairfield Avenue in Stamford was arrested at Clinton Crossing Outlets and charged with possession of a shoplifting device and interfering with an officer.

Phillip Lalor, 23, of Kent Avenue in Bridgeport was arrested at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration, interfering with an officer, and criminal violation of a protective order.

September 16

Shakeema Burke, 18, of Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven was arrested at the Sunglass Hut and charged with conspiracy to commit larceny.

Samantha Nelson, 22, of Orchard Street in New Haven was arrested at the Sunglass Hut and charged with two counts of larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting, and interfering with an officer.

September 17

Laura Edwards, 59, of Rocky Ledge Drive in Clinton was charged with threatening and creating a public disturbance.

Jose Negron, 21, of Cow Hill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Brian McDonough, 46, of Cow Hill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

September 18

Brett Garrity, 19, of Nod Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with conspiracy.

Benjamin Wheeler, 32, of Comstock Avenue in Ivoryton, CT was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree, conspiracy, and larceny in the sixth degree.

Michael Hackley, 20, of Bright Hill Drive in Clinton was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree, conspiracy and larceny in the sixth degree.

September 19

Benjamin Wheeler, 32, of Blaine Avenue in Clinton was arrested and charged as a fugitive arrest without a warrant.

September 21

Police arrested Matthew Schwab, 31, of Newell Street in Brooklyn, NY and charged him with failure to pay or plead.

Matthew Bergers, 22, of Carriage Drive in Clinton was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana, weapons in the vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration or license.

September 25

Edward Maloy, 45, of Boston Post Road in Westbrook was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration, improper use of registration plates, not having adequate insurance coverage, failure to renew a registration and the registration of a motor vehicle by a non-owner.

Jodi Mittica, 24, of West Yacht Drive in Oak Island, NC was arrested and charged with two counts of theft of a firearm.

September 27

Kurt Neumann, 42, of Kelseytown Bridge Road was arrested and charged with operation of a motor vehicles with a suspended license or registration, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, and operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

September 29

Patrick Gilmore, 52, of Elmwood Way in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

Police arrested Peter Dewitt, 19, of Pine Ridge Drive in Madison with charges of possession of a controlled substance.

September 30

Police arrested Doneasha Yopp, 27, of West Ivy in New Haven at the Calvin Klein store at Clinton Crossing outlets with charges of larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting.
