The following arrest information is supplied by the Clinton Police Department.  It does not indicate a conviction:

January 5

Whitney Davis, 21, of Hammock Parkway in Clinton was arrested and charged with violation of a probation and/or conditional discharge.

Sarah Weinrob, 23, of Knob Hill Road in Madison was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and travelling unreasonably fast.

January 6

Heather Johnson, 23 and David Johnson, 28, of Cow Hill Road in Clinton were arrested in a domestic dispute incident. Heather was charged with disorderly conduct and David with assault in the third degree.

January 8

Kenneth Seyler, 52, of Wintergreen Road in Bristol, CT was arrested by the Clinton Police and charged with larceny in the fifth degree and interfering with an officer.

January 9

Thomas Giaimo, 44, of Cow Hill Road in Clinton was arrested for criminal violation of a protective order.

January 10

Johan Joseph, 29, of Murdock Avenue in Queens Village, New York, was arrested and charged with the illegal manufacturing, distributing, sale and or dispensing by a non-drug person and possession of a controlled substance.

January 12

Clinton Police charged Joseph Wolfer, 45, of Commerce Street in Clinton with disorderly conduct in a domestic and family incident.

January 13

Police arrested Robert Baczonyi, 40, of Long Hill Road in Guilford with criminal violation of a restraining order, threatening.

Police charged Nichole Hanke, 23, of Village Walk in Guilford with failure to appear in the second degree.

January 14

Charles Demorest, 29, of Fairy Dell Road in Clinton was charged with possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

January 17

Police charged Patrick Goodale, 38, of Old Mill Road in Clinton with interfering with an officer.

January 18

Police charged Erik Armando, 29, of Elmwood Way in Clinton with threatening.

January 19

Police charged three people: Nicholas Clark, 20, of East Main Street in Clinton with interfering with a search, possession of a controlled substance, injury and/or risk of injury and impairing the moral of children; Ana Camacho, 20, of the same address with possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana; and Jerrica Linkovich, 23, of the same address was charged with possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana.

Gary Stevenson, 31, of Read Street in North Haven was charged with illegal manufacture, distribution, sale and/or dispensing of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

In a domestic incident, police charged Guadalupe Sanchez, 30, of West Main Street with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

January 20

Police arrested James Murray, 56, of Stevens Road in Clinton with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration, stop sign violation and windshield obstructing the view.

January 21

Randy Dibble, 51, of Liberty Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with breach of peace and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

January 22

David Smalley, 32, of Ensign Road in Groton, CT was arrested by Clinton Police on a warrant service and charged with failure to pay or plead.

January 25

Michaela Shibilski, 34, of Hines Street in West Haven was arrested and charged with larceny in the fifth degree, shoplifting, and injury and/or risk of injury and impairing the morals of children.

Julio Riera, 32, of Sandy Brook Road in Clinton as arrested on a warrant service and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

Debra Young, 31, of Eighth Avenue in Norwich, CT was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree: shoplifting.

January 27

Anthony Lee, 21, of East Main Street in Clinton and Lawrence Trickett, 20, of Northford Road in Wallingford were charged by the Clinton Police with possession of less than ½  ounce of marijuana.  Lee was also charged on a warrant service as failure to appear in the second degree.

January 28

Amy Porter, 34, of Boston Post Road in Old Saybrook was charged by Clinton Police in a warrant service with disorderly conduct

January 29

Police charged Robert Edwards, 58, of Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton with interfering with an emergency call and interfering with an officer.

January 30

Police charged Colt McQuin, 27, of Whitwood Road in Clinton with threatening, assault in the third degree and injury and/or risk of injury and impairing the morals of children in a domestic-family dispute.
