May 17

Police arrested Glenn Cubin, 47, of Brantwood Drive in Madison with charges of illegally manufacturing, distributing, and selling drugs by a non-drug person.

May 18

Max Cordero, 22, of Park Drive in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, possession or use of drug paraphernalia with less than ½ ounce of marijuana, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

May 19

Police arrested Jose Lara, 35, of Warwick Street in New Haven with charges of larceny in the third degree (motor vehicle theft).

Police arrested Gino Fucci, 27, of Ridge Road in Chester with charges of breach of peace and threatening.

Anders Helm, 31, of Reisman Trail in Higganum was charged with improper use of registration plates and operating an unregistered vehicle.

May 20

Dylan Walter, 28, of Buell Court in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle, and failing to drive in the proper lane.

Matthew Wendt, 18, of John Street in Clinton received a summons by the Clinton Police for driving the wrong way on a one-way highway, operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and operating a motor vehicle by a minor with an elevated blood alcohol level.

James Palermo, 22, of West Pond Road in Westbrook was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failing to display plates and a valid sticker, and possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana.

May 21

Brian Poulter, 56, of Green Springs Drive in Madison was issued a summons for creating a public disturbance and driving a vehicle with the intent to harass or intimidate.

May 22

Jacob Hartzell, 19, of Pearl Street in Middletown was arrested and charged with burglary of a building, criminal mischief in the second degree and larceny in the sixth degree (theft from a building).

Rebeccah Rockman, 20, of Oak Drive in Watertown, Connecticut was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree (shoplifting), possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

May 23

Mark Getman, 22, of East Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree (minor injury or intent to cause injury) and strangulation in the second degree.

Albert Monaco, 22, of River Road in Clinton was arrested with charges of breach of peace and criminal violation of a protective order.

Police arrested Kevin Nolan, 51, of Knollwood Drive in Clinton with charges of breach of peace.
