Clinton Police arrested Nicholas Delciampo, 23, of Elmwood Way in Clinton, and charged him with the operation of a motor vehicle when the registration and/or license is refused or suspended.

Police charged Gabriel Madera, 22, of East Main Street in Clinton with the illegal manufacturer, distribution, sale, and/or dispensing of drug paraphernalia from an earlier arrest.
December 2

Police charged Michael “Trip” Kamercia, 22, of Shore Road in Clinton with disorderly conduct, capable of causing criminal mischief in the third degree, and assault in the third degree from an earlier arrest.
Police arrested and charged Adelard Louis Lemelin, 71, of Westbrook with suspicious activity regarding the operating/towing of an unregistered motor vehicle and operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
December 3
Clinton Police arrested Mark Kelly, 53, of Cove Trail in Clinton 3 for the failure to appear in court.
Police arrested Susanne Hall, 60, of Chittendon Hill Road in Clinton for threatening activity and disorderly conduct.
Karen LaForge, 49, of Redwing Road in Enfield, CT was served a warrant by the Clinton Police for a previous arrest for operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.
December 5
Police arrested Jay James, 39, of Uncas Road in Clinton in a domestic/family dispute for interfering with an emergency call.
December 7
Police arrested Neftali Lugo, 19, of Barnum Avenue in Bridgeport, CT and charged him with larceny in the first degree, which involved motor vehicle theft.
William Newhouse, 24, of West Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of registration plates, not having minimum insurance coverage and traveling unreasonable fast.
December 8
Joshua Miner, 21, of State Route 278 in Nelsonville, OH was arrested by the Clinton police and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration or license, improper use of registration plates, operating an unregistered vehicle and failing to display proper plates and stickers.
December 9
Police arrested Victor Anderson, 25, of East Main Street in Clinton and charged him with violation of his probation and/or conditional release.
James Nobleza, 20, of Old Mill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.
December 10
Police arrested Charles Berzinskas, 52, of Hodge Avenue in Ansonia, CT and charged him with possession of a controlled substance.
Maria Faustino, 42, of Clark Street in New Haven was arrested and charged with injury/risk of injury and impairing the morals of children.
Police arrested Brad Corson, 33, of Water Street in Dester, ME and charged him with sexual assault in the third degree (sexual contact), unlawful restraint in the first degree, and risk of injury.
Police arrested Reynold Gagnon, 50, of Laurel Ridge Circle in Clinton with charges of providing a false statement in the second degree (no fraud).
Benjamin Sisk, 20, of Carter Hill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint in the second degree and interfering with an emergency call.
Colin Walsh, 20, of Squaw Lane in Guilford was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the first degree.
Police arrested Daryl Baker, 25, of River Road in Clinton with charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police arrested Griffin Mitchell, 24, of Boston Post Road in East Lyme with charges of threatening and disorderly conduct.

Timothy VanWinkle, 60, of Flat Rock Road in Branford was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failing to drive at a reasonable distance.
Tamara Schrempp, 43, of Valley Shores Road in Guilford was arrested and charged with criminal violation of a restraining/protective order, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police arrested Chelsey Gowac, 19, of Pond Meadow Road in Westbrook with charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin Ashline, 21, of Mohawk Drive in Clinton was arrested and charged with forgery in the third degree and larceny in the sixth degree.

Mary Lee Ingram, 46, of Shore Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
Police arrested Joshua Pentz, 52, of Colonial Drive in Clinton in a domestic incident with charges of disorderly conduct.

Police arrested Joseph McCullagh, 46, of Long Hill Road in Guilford and charged him with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Police arrested Branden Banning, 23, of no known address for criminal trespass in the first degree, and larceny in the sixth degree stemming from an alleged theft from a building.
