April 19

Police arrested Xiaohong Mills, 53, of Oakledge Drive in Essex, with charges of shoplifting, larceny in the fifth, and possession of a shoplifting device.

Sandra Marin, 28, of 79th Street in East Elmhurst, New York, was arrested by the Clinton Police and charged with conspiracy, breach of peace, and possession of a shoplifting article.

Andres Castano-Rios, 27, of Northern Boulevard, Corona, New York, was arrested and charged with larceny in the fifth degree, shoplifting, and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

April 20

John Robillard, 33, of Yankee Peddler in Madison, was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

Jennifer Ghiroli, 36, of Airline Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

Candice Stone, 25, of Hurd Bridge Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

Michael Hackbarth, 43, of Allen Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, possession of a controlled substance (narcotics) and failing to drive in the proper lane.

Police arrested Danny Matteson, 58, of High Street in Clinton with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failing to drive in the proper lane, possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Frances Poeta, 62, of West Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear.

April 22

Daniel Cleary, 36, of Bellview Road in Branford was arrested by Clinton police with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, drinking while operating a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, and failing to drive in the proper lane.

April 23

Timothy Muldoon, 19, of Route 81 in Killingworth was arrested and charged with injury/risk of injury and/or impairing the morals of children, and illegal manufacture, distribution, sale, and dispensing.

April 24

Christopher Guarino, 36, of Houpert’s Way in Clinton was arrested and charged with breach of peace.

Filomena Robustelli, 29, of Laurel Wood Drive in Deep River was arrested and charged with larceny in the second degree – theft from a building.

April 27

Altair Desouza-Martins, 29, of Walnut Hill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with injury/risk of injury/impairing the morals of children, assault in the third degree, unlawful restraint in the second degree and disorderly conduct.

Denise Jones, 42, of Arch Street in Hamden, CT was arrested by the Clinton Police with charges of larceny in the third degree – embezzlement.

Henry McGarry, 28, of West Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with the unlawful discharge of a firearm, reckless endangerment in the first degree and breach of peace.

April 28

Robert Beckwith, 24, of Kings Grant Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle.

Jeison Sicha-Ortiz, 21, of Manor Drive in North Haven was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and/or license, failing to drive in the proper lane and improper signaling for turns or stopping.

Police arrested Pamela Niles, 51, of Dunham Street in Norwich, CT with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, improper signaling for turns or stopping and interfering with an officer.

April 30

Michael Bagley, 24, of Route 148 in Killingworth was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, traveling unreasonably fast and failing to drive in the proper lane.
