July 27

Bruno Bartolucci, 53, of Cedar Lane in Wolcott, CT was arrested by the Clinton Police and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Taylor Brod, 18, of Hide A Way in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in a domestic-family dispute.

July 29

Police arrested and charged Tory Westbrook, 43, of Manchester Road in Glastonbury with multiple counts of sexual assault in the fourth degree.

July 30

Clinton Police arrested Zackary Meyenberg, 22, of Brandegee Avenue in Groton, CT with charges of assault in the third degree, criminal mischief in the third degree and breach of peace.

Natasha Evangeliste-Barron, 47, of Egypt Lane in Clinton was arrested and charged with allowing a dog to roam.

Raulee Ortiz, 31, of Old Nod Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and/or license.

Police arrested Kenneth Palifka, 66, of Broadway North Street in Westbrook with charges of criminal mischief in the third degree.

August 4

Claudia Uehlein, 47, of Sunnybrook Lane in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

August 5

Favian Acevedo, 28, of Grove Hill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and/or license, and with a stop sign violation.

Nathaniel Etzel, 29, of Mulberry Street in St. Michaels, Maryland and Bryan Gallagher, 29, of Oak Ridge Drive in Clinton were arrested by the Clinton Police with the following charges:  weapons in vehicles; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics as well as non-narcotics); the illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale and/or dispensing of drugs by a non-drug person; possession and the illegal manufacture/distribution/sale and/or dispensing of a controlled substance in or within 1,500 feet of a school; possession of drug paraphernalia.

August 7

Chelsea Rawlings, 23, of Captains Walk in Clinton was arrested and charged with failing to drive at a reasonable distance and operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Kenneth Gonsalves, 43, of Russo Avenue in East Haven was arrested and charged with threatening, criminal mischief in the third degree, and disorderly conduct during a domestic-family dispute.

August 8

Michael Whaley, 25, of Hurd Bridge Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with burglary in the second degree, stealing a firearm, criminal possession of a pistol or revolver, and larceny in the second degree (theft from a building).

In a warrant service, police charged Mead Adam Close, Jr., 19, of Oak Hills Drive in Clinton with failure to pay or plead.

August 9

Diana Henao, 20, of East Main Street in Branford was arrested and charged with operating of a motor vehicle by a minor having an elevated blood alcohol level, operating a motor vehicle without a license and traveling unreasonably fast.

August 10

Samrach Phon, 21, of Old Mill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with creating a public disturbance.

Police arrested Stephen Fairchild, 58, of Wallace Place in Wallingford with charges of violation of probation and/or conditional discharge.

August 11

Police arrested Marcy Pfaff, 35, of Boston Post Road in Westbrook with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and traveling unreasonably fast.

Police arrested Laura Lehane, 24, of Rebecca Lane in Killingworth with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failing to drive in the proper lane.

August 14

Wendy Cameron, 42, of Whitewood Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and forgery in the second degree.

Maurice K. Carr, 66, of Osprey Commons South was arrested and charged with the unlawful removal, destruction and/or altercation of records and larceny in the sixth degree (theft from a building).
