Police Charge Three In Drug Arrest, Infractions
All suspects under 23 years of age; child at home during police search

As the result of an investigation into marijuana sales at a residence at 296 East Main Street, Clinton Police executed a search warrant on the residence.
As a result of this investigation Nicholas Clark, 20, (photo attached to article) who is the resident of 296 East Main Street, was arrested and charged with the following offenses:

Risk of Injury to a Minor
Possession of Less than 4 Ounces of Marijuana

Possession of Hashish
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Interfering with a Search Warrant
The Clinton Police Department located under four ounces of marijuana and under four ounces of hashish in the residence. They also located several pipes and bongs commonly used to smoke marijuana.
While executing the search warrant, Clark attempted to hide a small amount of marijuana and was charged with interfering with a search warrant as a result.
Clark also had his child in the residence when police executed the search warrant and located the illegal drugs. Therefore Clark was charged with risk of injury to a minor as a result.
He is being held on a $10,000 bond pending his arraignment in Middletown Superior Court on January 20.
Also in the residence was Clark's Girlfriend, Ana Camacho, 20, also of 296 East Main Street. Police located under an ounce of marijuana in her possession and as a result she was issued an infraction for possession of marijuana.
Another resident of 296 East Main Street, Jerrica Linkovich, 23, was also located inside the residence. Linkovich was found to be in possession of under an ounce of marijuana and was issued an infraction for this offense.
