They note that Private Attorney Glen. M. Conway represents Luong. Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Russell Zentner is the prosecutor for the case.

According to The Middletown Press, there are conditions to Luong's release including he must live at home with his parents in Clinton, is on house arrest (with an electronic monitoring device), is not allowed off the property unless he is with one parent for the purpose of work or legal appointments, and cannot have any contact with the victim or the victim's family.

All the details of the case are sealed, both due to the nature of the charges and information about the alleged victim’s medical condition, to comply with HIPAA laws, reported The Middletown Press.
