Clinton Police Arrests: October 4 - 11.

The following arrest information is supplied by the Clinton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

October 4

William Bradley, 44, of Old Clinton Road in Westbrook was arrested and charged with breach of peace.  He also received a summons for drug and narcotics violations.

October 5

Police arrested Tevin Irizarry, 18, of High Street in Clinton with charges of operating a motor vehicle having elevated blood alcohol content, failure to renew registration and registration of a motor vehicle by a non-owner.

October 6

Three juveniles, all age 15, were arrested by Clinton police and charged with carrying and sale of dangerous weapons, operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating an unregistered vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Dwyer, 22, of Kelseytown Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with failing to pay or plead.

Brandon Kuziel, 27, of Chittenden Hill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, narcotics.

October 7

Police arrested Tomas Materin, 20, of Hidden Springs Road in Madison with charges of breach of peace: threatening.

October 8

Jose Luis Negron, 22, of Boston Post Road in Westbrook was arrested by the Clinton Police and charged with larceny in the third degree, motor vehicle theft.

Police arrested Janett Quintero, 37, of Ella Grasso Boulevard in New Haven with charges of breach of peace: fight/cause/capable of causing multiple injuries.

October 9

James Powers, 52, of Knapp Street in Norwalk was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the first. .

Charra Phon, 20, of Old Mill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with weapons in a vehicle and possession of alcohol by a minor in any public or private location other than street or highway.

October 10

Anthony Pizzimenti, 40, of Poquonnock Road in Groton was arrested by the Clinton Police and charged with threatening.

October 11

Tory Westbrook, 44, of Manchester Road in Glastonbury was arrested and charged with sexual assault in the second, and two counts of sexual assault in the fourth. .
