November/December Arrests: Issuing A Bad Check And Larceny

Arrests from November 30 - December 7

The following arrest information is supplied by the Clinton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction:

November 29

Police arrested James McCorkle, 55, of North Main Street in Branford, with charges of criminal violation of a protective order and harassment in the second degree.

Brian DiCarlo, 33, of East Main Street in Branford was arrested and charged with fraud, misrepresentation, false statement, concealing the facts and forgery in the second degree.

In a domestic/family dispute, Paul Sorota, 47, of Bluff Avenue in Clinton was arrested and charged with unlawful restraint in the second degree and interfering with an emergency call.

November 30

Police arrested Lindsey Hopkins, 32, of Kingsland Avenue in Wallingford with charges of larceny in the fifth: shoplifting, and injury/risk of injury and impairing the morals of children.

Police arrested Carol Guarino, 48, of Canterbury Lane in Clinton with charges of disorderly conduct, threatening, interfering with an officer and reckless endangerment in the first degree.

Police arrested Michael LaFortune, 38, of New London (homeless) with charges of failure to appear in the first degree and second degree.

Gregory Rynn, 45, of Commerce Street in Clinton was arrested by the Clinton Police in a neighbor dispute and charged with breach of peace, threatening.

December 1

In a domestic and family dispute, police arrested Deborah Ramcke, 43, of Airline Road in Clinton and Daniel Ramcke, 50, of the same address. They were both charged with disorderly conduct.

John Sulzbach, 33, of Iron Works Road in Killingworth was arrested and charged with injury/risk of injury to a child and impairing the morals of children and possession of a controlled substance.

There were two juvenile arrests in a domestic/family dispute at Hickory Hill Road (age 16, charges of assault in the third degree and interfering with an officer) and Leffingwell Road (age 15, charges of disorderly conduct).

December 2

Patrick Goodale, 38, of Old Mill Road in Clinton was arrested by Clinton Police and charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

December 3

Zachary Bernier, 18, of Liberty Street in Clinton received a summons to appear in court by the Clinton Police for drug/narcotic violations.

Sara Hinckley, 25, of Town Brook Drive in Middletown received a summons by the Clinton Police Dept. for operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

December 4

Nicholas Clark, 19, of East Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with failure to pay or plead.

December 5

Fredy Yanza, 23, of Whitewood Road in Clinton received a motor vehicle summons by the Clinton Police for operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification and operating an unregistered vehicle.

Joshua Martin, 24, of Beach Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the first degree.

Jaime Israel, 35, of Stanton Road in Clinton was arrested at ShopRite of Clinton and charged with larceny in the sixth: shoplifting.

Deborah Frim, 55, of Cross Road in Chester was arrested and charged with two counts of larceny in the sixth degree and two counts of issuing a bad check.

December 6

Eileen Rivera, 22, of New Rochelle, New York was arrested and charged with forgery in the first degree and larceny in the sixth degree and criminal attempt to commit larceny in the sixth.

December 7

James Mazur, 37, of Fir Ridge Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with drinking while operating a motor vehicle.

Catherine Beckstein, 58, of Riverside Drive in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and traveling unreasonably fast.
