November 8

Gilbert Martinez, 30, of Middletown was charged with sixth degree larceny.

November 10

Ronald P. Truncone, 57, of Liberty Street in Clinton was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Randy A. Dibble, 51, of Liberty Street in Clinton was charged with creating a public disturbance in connection with the same neighbor dispute.

Police served an arrest warrant on Anthony Calder, 26, of New Haven, charging him with first degree burglary, first degree criminal mischief, and larceny in the third degree, conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary in the third degree and conspiracy to commit same.

Mario Varriale, 40, of Branford was charged with shoplifting.

November 12

Woodbridge resident Edward Condon, 69, was charged by Clinton Police with criminal violation of a restraining order.

David M. Tafarella, 31, of Bushy Hill Road in Deep River was charged with second degree harassment and third degree stalking.

Taryn C. Wilmont, 27, of Chittenden Hill Road in Westbrook was charged with two counts of larceny and one count of forgery.

Police arrested Catherine Green, 18, of High Street in Clinton on an unspecified drug charge.

Joshua S. Martin, 24, of Beach Road in Clinton was charged by police with larceny, sixth degree and possession of marijuana. In a subsequent arrest the same day, he was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

November 14

Loni M. Bouchard, 20, of West Main Street in Clinton was charged with one count of second degree sexual assault.

Eliza J. McMurray, 41, of Brantwood Drive, Madison, was charged by Clinton Police with shoplifting.

November 15

Michael Sczapa, 32, of Blue Gill Lane, Westbrook, was charged with second degree assault and breach of peace.

November 16

Drusilla K. Fry, 46, of Parker Hill Road in Killingworth, was charged with failure to appear and possession of marijuana.

November 17

Michael Robitalle, 28, of Coventry, RI was charged with fourth degree larceny.

Jonathon Gorecki, 18, of Pepperbush Drive in Clinton was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia with less than one ounce of marijuana.

Burt L. Myles, 31, of West Main Street in Clinton was charged with violation of probation.

November 18

Philip C. Corarito, 43, of Maplewood Drive in Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening.

November 19

Jedediah D. Blinn, 23, of East Main Street in Clintonn was charged with criminal mischief and breach of peace.

November 21

Philip C. Corarito, 43, of Maplewood Drive in Clinton was arrested and charged with third degree strangulation, assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.  

Robert R. Peterson, 41, of Brickyard Road in Clinton was charged with possession of a controlled substance/narcotic and possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of injury to risk to minors.

November 22

Michael Williams, 27, of Norwich was charged with shoplifting.

November 24

In a domestic/family dispute, Tristan C. Johnson, 26, of West Main Street in Clinton was charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

A juvenile arrest took place on Killingworth Turnpike involving a 17 year old with charges of possession of a controlled substance and its illegal manufacture, distribution, sale and/or dispensing.

November 25

Charles Berzinskas, 52, of East Main Street in Clinton was arrested at the Village Motel and charged with disorderly conduct.

At Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets, Papatson Suphavai, 19, of Robbins Count in Norwich, CT and Luisa Stranges, 19, of Church Street in Norwich, CT, received summons for creating a public disturbance.

Clinton Police responded to 15 parking violations/issuance of parking tickets/complaints at the Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets on Black Friday.

November 26

Jesse K. Joy, 20, of Kelseytown Road in Clinton was charged with driving under the influence.

Michael K. Lafortune, 38, of High Street in Clinton was charged with sixth degree larceny.

November 28

Amy K. Stellato, 20, of Willow Lane in Clinton was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

Sean R. Douglass, 19, of Valley Road in Clinton was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.
