February 20

Marcus Dwyer, 39, of Sharon Road in Waterbury was arrested by Clinton Police and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and/or license, improper use of registration plates, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to carry a license.

Police arrested Jonathan Callahan, 36, of Island Avenue in Madison with failure to appear in the second degree.

February 21

Amber Neal, 30, of Jefferson Circle in Clinton was charged with two counts of larceny in the sixth degree.

February 22

Michael Mather, 35, of Commerce Street in Clinton was charged with creating a public disturbance.

February 25

Russell Stone, 29, of North High Street in Clinton was charged with larceny in the sixth degree and possession of a controlled substance.

February 26

Erik Armando, 29, of Elmwood Way in Clinton was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and criminal mischief in the third degree.

Anthony Duvall, 61, of Pokorny Road in Higganum was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession or use of drug paraphernalia with less than ½ ounce of marijuana, and possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana.

Shawn McKenna, 45, of Stevens Road in Clinton was charged with failure to pay or plead.

Brian Clark, 21, of Mary Mac Loop in Clinton was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief in the third degree.

Edwin Peralta, 25, of High Street in Clinton was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

February 29

Pamela Hirst, 52, of Uncas Road in Clinton was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, reckless driving, drinking while operating a motor vehicle, evading responsibility in the operation of a motor vehicle and disobeying the signal of an officer, first offense.

Chrystal Wolf, 40, of Sunset Terrance in Essex was charged with larceny in the third degree: embezzlement.

Eben Whitcomb, 52, of West Pond Meadow Road in Westbrook was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Robert Odea, 19, of Longate Road in Clinton was charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

Joseph Pyatt, 49, of West Main Street in Clinton was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, operating an unregistered vehicle, failing to drive in the proper lane, possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana and possession or use of drug paraphernalia with less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

Scott Farr, 40, of Long Hill Road in Clinton was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order and threatening.

Amy Stellato, 20, of Willow Lane in Clinton was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint in the second degree.
