July 5

Police arrested Jum Coker, 58, of Route 148 in Killingworth with charges of larceny in the sixth degree – shoplifting.

July 6

Albert Monaco, 22, of River Road in Clinton was arrested by the Clinton police with charges of criminal violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

July 7

Genna Samander, 21, of Beaver Dam Road in Killingworth was arrested with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana, possession or use of drug paraphernalia with less than ½ ounce of marijuana, and failing to drive in the proper lane.

Robert Kidder, 46, of Ironworks Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Teena Reynolds, 27, of Highland Avenue in East Haven was arrested by the Clinton Police with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and traveling unreasonably fast.

Police arrested Samuel Carlson, 21, of Old Nod Road in Clinton with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

July 10

Police arrested Richard Elly, 80, of Poinsetta Street in Casselberry, Florida with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Police arrested Patricia Dow, 57, of Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton in a domestic-family dispute with charges of disorderly conduct.

July 12

Police arrested Vincent Zacarelli, 22, of Pepperbush Drive in Clinton on a warrant service for failure to appear, second.

July 13

Francisco Lobo, 53, of Sagamore Terrace Road in Westbrook was arrested by Clinton police and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and failing to drive in the proper lane.
