Jorge Alvarez, 25, of Auburn Street in New Haven was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and violation of the license classification.

Louis Acompora, 24, of Union Avenue in West Haven was charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration and failure to wear a seat belt while in the front seat.

Jess Fowler, 40, of Denmore Lane in Old Saybrook, was arrested and charged with assault in the second degree and disorderly conduct.
July 4
Joseph Knapp, 48, of East Main Street in Clinton was charged with disorderly conduct after a fireworks complaint.
July 6
Police arrested Jose Fuentes, 36, of Pratt Road in Clinton and charged him with the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana.
July 8
Police arrested Margaret Roush, 38, of Vienna Lane in Clinton charging her with using motor vehicle without the owner’s permission.
Harry Neumann, 25, of High Street in East Hampton was arrested and charged with larceny in the first degree.
July 9
Robert Kidder , 46, of Ironworks Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, unsafe movement of the vehicle, and operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
Clinton police arrested Joseph Loughlin, 26, of Iroquois Drive in Clinton charging him with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the second degree, and operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
July 10
Police arrested Robert Arias, 33, of Pratt Road in Clinton and charged him with violation of probation or conditional discharge.
July 12
Cory Heap, 47, of Beaumont Highway in Lebanon, CT was arrested and charged with breach of peace.
Lori Monaco, 55, of River Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with the unauthorized manufacturing/sale of drugs by a non-drug person and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Albert Monaco, 22, of River Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with the unauthorized manufacturing/sale of drugs by a non-drug person and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested Loni Bouchard, 19, of West Main Street in Clinton and charged her with sexual assault in the second degree (consensual under age), two counts of injury and risk to a minor, and permitting a minor to possess alcohol.
Kester Ibarra, 24, of Glenwood Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
Gabriel Ibarra, 19, of Glenwood Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with strangulation in the second degree, assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
Victoria Acuna, 18, of Longhill Road in Guilford was arrested and charged with breach of peace.
July 13
Police arrested Jessica Falandys, 23, of Pine Street in Cranston, RI and charged her with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Edward Condon, Jr., 68, of Merritt Avenue in Woodbridge, CT was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Police arrested Brian Irizarry, 24, of Hill Top Road in East Hampton, CT and charged him with 19 total counts of conspiracy to commit larceny and burglary.
Marc Geoghegan, 41, of Settler Village Lane in Clinton was arrested and charged with breach of peace and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration.
Police arrested Kester Ibarra, 24, of Glenwood Road in Clinton with charges of violation of probation or conditional discharge.
Thomas Giaimo, 43, of Cow Hill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with harassment in the second degree and disorderly conduct.
July 14
William Sirko, 50, of Beach Park Road in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged with disorderly conduct.
July 15
Police arrested William Donovan, 22, of Chapman Mill Pond Road in Westbrook and charged him with burglary in the third degree, and two counts of larceny in the sixth degree.
David Serfass, 37, of Chapman Mill Pond Road in Westbrook was arrested and charged with burglary in the third degree, larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy to commit burglary.
July 17
David Loosemore, 28, of Marine Avenue in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged with strangulation in the second degree, assault in the third degree, breach of peace, possession of a controlled substance and illegal manufacturing or sale of a drug.
July 18
Joseph Tompkins, 22, of Laurel Ridge Trail in Killingworth was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast.
July 19
Police arrested Daryl Anderson, 41, of Bellview in Hartford, CT and charged him with two counts of larceny in the sixth degree including shoplifting.
Nelson McLaughlin, 47, of Main Street in Durham was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting.
July 20
Police arrested Edwin Peralta, 24, of Sunnybrook Lane in Clinton and charged him with harassment in the second degree.
July 22
Evan Bond, 27, of Elm Street in New Haven was arrested and charged with violation of his probation or conditional discharge.
Police arrested William Pacheco, 38, of Route 81 in Killingworth and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kelly Patten, 23, of Martin Drive in Clinton was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
July 23
Police arrested Robert Capelli, 25, of Second Avenue in West Haven and charged him with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and the illegal manufacturing and/or sale of drug paraphernalia.
Richard Jones, 55, of Falcon Drive in Seymour was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and disobeying the signal of an officer, first offense.
July 24
Police arrested John Schumann, 29, of Spencer Hill Road in Killingworth and charged him with criminal violation of a restraining order and violation of probation or conditional discharge.
July 25
Julio Cajamarca, 24, of Liberty Place in Clinton was arrested and charged with the operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and/or registration, violation of the license classification and running a stoplight.
July 27
Police arrested Antonio Lopez, 19, of Washington Street in New Haven and charged him with improper use of registration plates, having inadequate insurance coverage, failing to keep to the right and operating a motor vehicle in violation of its license classification.
John Royea, 26, of Long Hill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with violation of his probation or conditional discharge.
Escobar Fausto-Caupio, 24, of Grand Avenue in New Haven was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
July 28
Paula Schmidt, 31, of Glenwood Road in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
Todd Koscinski, 40, of East Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration, traveling unreasonable fast, and failure to renew the registration.
