January's Risk Of Injury, DUI And Possession

The following arrest information is supplied by the Clinton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction:

January 1

Justin Ryan, 20, of Granite Street in New London, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, operation of a motor vehicle by a minor having an elevated blood alcohol, possession of alcohol by a minor, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

January 2

Donna Goulet, 59, of Pleasant Valley Road in Clinton was arrested for failure to pay or plead.

January 3

Police arrested Todd Striby, 41, of Sunnybrook Lane in Clinton for possession of a controlled substance.

Police arrested Lisa Dockus, 43, of Hammock Parkway in Clinton for failure to appear in the second degree.

January 5

Police arrested Carolyn Colonghi, 48, of Beach Park Road in Clinton and charged her with shoplifting.

January 7

Maria Acevedo, 34, and Fabian Acevedo, 26, of Grove Hill Road in Clinton were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

January 8

Steve Jacques, 42, of Delwood Ave., was arrested by police on charges of strangulation in the second degree, injury/risk of injury and impairing the morals of children, and disorderly conduct.

January 9

Patrick Rae, 47, of Oak Drive in Westbrook was arrested by the Clinton Police on a failure to appear in court.

Police arrested Ni Van Lam, 55, of Chidsey Avenue in East Haven for operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

January 10

Police arrested Erica Badstuebner, 20, of Grove Beach Road North in Westbrook and charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia.

January 11

Police arrested Gary Mauzy, 49, of West Main Street in Clinton for failure to pay or plead.

January 12

Police arrested Michelle Alba, 37, of Willow Lane in Clinton for disorderly conduct. A juvenile arrest for disorderly conduct was also made at the same address and date.

January 15

Clinton Police arrested Owen Miner, 29, of West Main Street in Clinton for drug paraphernalia and reckless use of a highway by a pedestrian.

January 20

Police arrested David Foreman, 30, of East Main Street in Clinton for disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint in the second degree.

Police arrested Joao Batista Arruda de Aquino, 35, of Nod Road in Clinton for disorderly conduct.

January 22

Police arrested Andrew Lee, 24, of Knollwood Drive in Clinton for disorderly conduct.

January 24

John Rogers, 21, of East Main Street in Clinton was arrested by police and charged with burglary in the third degree and larceny in the sixth degree.

January 25

Police arrested John Eduardo Molina, 27, of Oak Ridge Drive in Clinton and charged him with improper used of registration plates, operating a motor vehicle with a license, and other motor vehicle infractions.

January 28

Clinton Police arrested a juvenile at the Morgan School. The juvenile was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

January 29

Clinton Police arrested Alan Neri, 18, of Kelseytown Road in Clinton and charged him with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
