January Arrests: Harassment And Shoplifting

Clinton Police Department arrests for January 1-5

January 1

Police arrested Cheryl Carafeno, 52, of Folkstone Court in Westbrook with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration, disobeying the signal of an officer, and failing to drive in the proper lane.

Eleanor Gregory, 75, of Route 80 in Killingworth was arrested and charged with failing to drive in the proper lane and operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Joseph Cortes, 26, of Crown Street in Meriden was charged with the improper use of registration plates, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license or registration and operating an unregistered vehicle.

January 2

Zoila Marenco, 37 of South Main Street in New Britain along with Steven Smith, 39, of the same address were arrested by Clinton Police in the Beach Park Road area and charged with breach of peace.

Marianne Anastasio, 55, of Turtlebay Drive in Branford was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

January 3

Police arrested Elizabeth Colonghi, 41, of Ferry Road in Old Saybrook with charges of harassment in the second degree (non-threatening).

Ian Rice, 22, of West Shore Road in Clinton was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and narcotics violations.

John Criscuolo, 21, of Colonial Court in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

January 5

Michael Williams, 27, of Gifford Lane in Bozrah, CT, was arrested by the Clinton Police and charged with two counts of larceny in the fifth degree, shoplifting.

Police arrested Kyle Anderson, 22, of Hine Street in West Haven with charges of reckless driving and possession of less and a half-ounce of marijuana.
