Michael Whaley, 25, of Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton was charged with larceny in the sixth degree: shoplifting.

Police arrested Jake Votto, 18, of Silver Birch Lane in Clinton for operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast.

Patricia Nelson, 53, of Old Toll Road in Madison was charged with larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting, by police.

February 5

Michael Mather, 35, of West Main Street in Clinton was charged with failure to pay or plead, carrying and sale of dangerous weapons and drug paraphernalia.

February 6

John Royea, 26, of Meadow Road in Clinton was charged with burglary in the third degree and larceny in the sixth degree.

Robert Wright, 39, of Kirtland Street in Westbrook was charged with disorderly conduct.

Stephanie Ramirez, 30, of Rose Street in Middletown was charged with larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting.

February 10

Carrie Pigmon, 34, of Beach Park Road I Clinton was arrested and charged with injury/risk of injury and/or impairing the morals of children, possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory.

February 15

Joshua Martin, 24, of Beach Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with criminal violation of a protective order and possession of drug paraphernalia.

February 16

Erik Armando, 29, of Elmwood Way in Clinton and Melissa Jacobsen, 26, of Stanton Road in Clinton were both charged with disorderly conduct.

Jill Maselek, 47, of Indian Drive in Clinton was charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Benjamin Johnson, 33, of Summit Road in Essex, was charged with two counts of larceny in the sixth degree.

February 17

Joseph Wolfer, 45, of Commerce Street in Clinton was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and criminal trespass in the first degree.

February 18

Anthony Lee, 21, of East Main Street in Clinton was charged with failure to appear in the second degree.

Ricardo Santaella, 35, of Clinton Avenue in Bridgeport was charged with failure to obey a control signal and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and/or license.
