Clinton Police Arrests for December 17-27

December 17

Police arrested William Bristol, 55, of Boston Post Road in Westbrook at the Victorian Village Inn in Clinton with charges of burglary in the second degree, larceny in the third degree (theft from a building) and two counts of conspiracy.

December 18

William Pollock, 38, of Boston Post Road in Westbrook was arrested and charged with burglary in the second degree, larceny in the third degree (theft from a building) and two counts of conspiracy.

December 19

Police arrested Alicia Cote, 21, of Boston Post Road in Westbrook with charges of burglary in the second degree and larceny in the third degree (theft from a building)

Ruth Werbinski, 52, of Walkley Mill Road in Clinton and Kelly Werbinski, 42, of the same address were arrested December 19 by the Clinton Police. Ruth was charged with disorderly conduct and falsely reporting an incident. Kelly was charged with disorderly conduct (threatening).

December 20

Johnny Rodriguez, 38, of White Street in Springfield, MA was arrested at The Calvin Klein store at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting.

December 21

Gillbert Martinez, 30, of Town Place in Middletown was arrested and charged with four counts of larceny in the sixth degree, embezzlement.

Police charged Paul Monaghan, 40, of Maplewood Drive in Clinton with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failing to drive in the proper lane in a multiple lane highway.

December 23

Michael Whaley, 24, of Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton was arrested and charged with violation of probation and/or conditional discharge.

December 24

Police arrested Luca Piacentini, 18, of Stone Wall Lane in Clinton with charges of operating of a motor vehicle by a minor having elevated blood alcohol content, failure to drive in the proper lane and possession or use of drug paraphernalia with less than ½ ounce of marijuana.

Steven Bertini, 24, of Old Mill Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with disobeying the signal of an officer (first offense), operating of a motor vehicle with a refused or suspended registration or license, operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and interfering with an officer.

Chelsea McCray, 19, of Winthrop Avenue in New Haven along with two juveniles was arrested at the Dooney & Bourke store at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlet and charged with larceny in the fifth degree, shoplifting, and conspiracy.

December 26

Police arrested William Motta, 32, of Chittenden Road in Killingworth with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

December 27

Police arrested Erick Kilburn, 20, of Old Toll Road in Madison with charges of identity theft in the third degree and reporting a false incident.

William Cook, 54, of William Lane in Clinton was charged with failing to pay or plead.
