Benjamin J. Roscoe, 141 West Main Street, Apt. 3E, Clinton, Ct on charges of failure to have tail lamps, marker lights, signal device, violations concerning operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspend

Donella Andrea Parker, 2620 Main St., Apt. 4, Hartford, CT on charges of larceny 6th, conspiracy, possession of shoplifting device

Natalie Charmaine Benjamin, 89 Pliny St., Aptl 2, Hartford, Ct on charges of larceny 6, shoplifting, conspiracy, possession of shoplifting device

Peter M. Reddick, 36 Old Boston Road, Westbrook, CT on charges of possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana

Sept. 14, 2013: 

Alexander Lawerence Oranzo, on charges of possession of les than 1/2 ounce of marijuana

Reynado Plaza, 114 Commere St., Clinton, CT on charges of improper use of registration plates, operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle, operate a m/v other than a m/c without a license

Sept. 15, 2013: 

Christopher A. Root, 272 Westbrook Road, Deep River, Ct on charges of possession of use of drug paraphernalia with less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana

Christopher Arthur Rasmussen, 9 Woods Lane, Clinton, Ct on charges of issuing a bad check, larceny 6: false pretense or promise, issuing a bad check, larceny 6: false pretense or promise

Sept. 16, 2013 

Rochelle Long, 29 Old Nod Road, Clinton, CT on charges of operation of mv when registration or license is refused/suspended, failure to wear safety belt in front seat

Michael A. Tuccinardi, 2839 Broadbridge Ave, Stratford, CT on charges of possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana

Sept. 17, 2013: 

Juvenile arrest, age 17, possession controlled substance: non-narcotice/halluc/less than 4 ounce controlled substance in or within 1500 feet school

Sept. 18, 2013: 

No arrests.
