The following information was provided by the Clinton Police Department's public arrest logs. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Thursday, May 23
Nicholas Robert Maenza, 30, of 7 Lockwood Drive, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct: Fight/cause/capable of causing and unlawful restraint in the second degree.

Kimberly Susan ORourke, 44, of 16 Jefferson Park Road, Madison, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in proper lane: multiple-lane highway, and defective windshield/wipers. 

Friday, May 24
Everett William Banning, 27, of 229 Killingworth Tpke. Apt. #74, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct: threatening. 

Saturday, May 25
David J. Angeletti, 25, of 2 Dudley Towne Road, Killingworth, was charged with evading: serious physical injury/physical injury or property damage, and traveling unreasonable fast.

Sunday, May 26
Luciano Dasilva, 31, of 136 Liberty Street, Clinton, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, operation of a motor vehicle in violation of license classification, and failure to wear a safety belt in the front seat. 

Iris Torres, 58, of 144 East Main Street, Apt. #20, Clinton, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree: all other larceny, harassment in the 2nd degree: non-threatening, and identity theft in the third degree.

Monday, May 27
Tyler Reynolds, 22, of 5 Frederick Place, Clinton, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree: minor injury or intent to cause injury and disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing. 

Patrick F. Topitzer, 22, of 6 Jefferson Circle, Clinton, was charged with possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana. 

Wednesday, May 29
Nilson Ferreira, 46, of 3 Hammock Parkway, Clinton, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle in violation of license classification and failure to have tail lamps and marker lights.

Thursday, May 30
David L. Case, 45, of 24 Fern Street, Westbrook, was charged with breach of peace: non-asaultive and non-threatening, possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana, and possession or use of drug paraphernalia with less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana.
