Thursday, June 6

Shanna Pitts, 25, of 51 Fairy Dell Rd, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing.

Sunday, June 9

Harold Luis Gargiulo, 34, of Van Dyke Ln. Apt. #Tent, Clinton, was charged with simple trespass: interaction.

Larry Davis Jr., 35, of 144 East Main Street., Apt. #9, Clinton, was charged with improper use of registration plates, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, operating a motor vehicle than a m/c without a license, and operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle. 

Monday, June 10

Ana Diaz, 32, of 5 Liberty Place, Clinton, was charged with conspiracy, unlawful restraint in the 1st degree, assault in the 3rd degree: minor injury or intent to cause injury, and disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing.

Julia Flores, 22, of 5 Liberty Place, Apt. #6, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing, unlawful restraint in the 1st degree, assault in the 3rd degree: minor injury or intent to cause injuries, conspiracy, threatening. 

Tuesday, June 11

Joseph Sierpinski, 28, of 25 Olmstead Rd. East Haddam, was charged with failure to appear in the 2nd degree. 

James Sanzero, 23, of 23 Pratt Road, Clinton, was charged with failure to appear in the 2nd degree.

Wednesday, June 12

Samuel J. Clymer, 48, of 1935 Boston Post Road, Westbrook, was charged with insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, operating a motor vehicle other than m/c without a license, operating with unsafe tires and operating/towing unregistered a motor vehicle. 

Francis Deloreto, 46, of 57 Liberty Street, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing and possession or use of drug paraphernalia with less 1/2 ounce or marijuana.
