The following information was provided by the Clinton Police Department's public arrest logs. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Wednesday, June 26

Sandro Cardona, 39, of 106 Cow Hill Road, Clinton, was charged with improper use of a marker, registration or license, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, failure to display/retur/improper use/obstruct/damage, operating/towing unregistered a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle other than a m/c without a license.

Edward E. Merola, 67, of 3 Harvey Drive, Old Saybrook, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, disobeying signal of an officer: 1st offense, passing on the right, and failure to drive in the proper lane: multiple-lane highway.

Thursday, June 27

Rachel A. Cutler, 25, of 20 Hillside Road, Apt. #B, Old Lyme, was charged with failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated and operation of a motor vehicle registered or license is refused/suspended. 

Friday, June 28

Amy Marie Porter, 36, of 42 Meadow Road, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing. 

Jackie Leclaire, 21, of 5 Park Drive, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing.

Sunday, June 20

Luis Irwin Salas Bone, 33, of 98 Boston Ave., East Haven, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating a m/v other than a m/c without a license, and traveling unreasonable fast.

Jose Antonio Vargas-Mejia, 20, of 41 Riverside Drive, Clinton, was charged with disobeying signal of an officer: 1st offense, failure to drive in proper lane: multiple-lane highway, and operating a motor vehicle other than a m/c without a license. 

David J Angeletti, 26, of 998 Cambell Ave, Apt. #9, West Haven, was charged with possession or use of drug paraphernalia with less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana. 

Tuesday, July 2

Pedro Camacho, 28, of 103 Norwood Ave, New London, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, improper use of registration plates, and failure to display plates and valid sticker, improper location.

Wednesday, July 3

Johanna Perez, 38, of 1743 Boston Post Road, Westbrook, was charged with larceny 6th: shoplifting, interfering with an officer: non-assaultive and identity theft in the 3rd degree.
