Friday, June 21
Sean O'Shea, 44, of 99 Pond Meadow Road, Westbrook, was charged with insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, traveling unreasonably fast, and operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle.
Sunday, June 23
Elias Lucre, 39, of 324 South Street, Hartford, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, failure to wear safety belt in front seat, and restricted turn: failure to give proper signal/left turn/u-turn.
Carolyn A. Heinsohn, 45, of 6 Knollwood Drive, Apt. #C, Clinton, was charged with creating a public disturbance.
Tuesday, June 25
Frederick Livio Bailey, 45, of 81 West Shore Drive, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct: no fight/no threat/no obstruction.
Wednesday, June 26
Lorraine Outlaw, 20, of 416 Gregory Street, New Haven, was charged with robbery in the 1st degree, larceny in the 1st degree: all other larceny, unlawful restraint in the 2nd degree, unlawful restraint in the 1st degree, and conspiracy.
