The following information was provided by the Clinton Police Department's public arrest logs. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Thursday, June 13

Brian J. Powers, 41, of 143 East Main Street, Apt. #15, was charged with Possession of Electronic Defense Weapon, Impersonation of Police Officer, Sale of Controlled Substance, Risk of Injury

Friday, June 14

Michael Carbonell, 22, of 392 Burr Street, New Haven, was charged with robbery in the 2nd degree, larceny in the 2nd degree: all other larceny, two counts of unlawful restraint in the 1st degree and conspiracy.

Russell William, 29, of 83 Dartmouth Road, Manchester, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended and failure to grant right-of-way: private road/driveway.

Saturday, June 15

Kara Stormsted, 22, of 28 Clover Street, Milford, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Sunday, June 16

Francis Deloreto, 46, of 57 Liberty Street, Clinton, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order: non-threatening. 

Monday, June 17

David Thompson, 39, of 188 Grand Ave Apt. #1195 New Haven, was charged with criminal attempt to commit/larceny in the 6th degree, forgery in the 3rd degree, criminal attempt to commit/possession of narcotics, conspiracy to commit/larceny 6 53A-125B, conspiracy to commit/forgery 3RD 53A-140, conspiracy to commit/possesion of narcotics  21A-279A, conspiracy to commit/possession of a prescription legend  21A-108, and illegally obtain/supply drugs: fraud/conceal/false. 

Kenneth Palifka, 67, of 54 Broadway North Street, Westbrook, was charged with avoidance of ignition interlock.

Andres Santiago, 33, of 114 Commerce Street, Apt. #2nd F, Clinton, was charged with reckless endangerment in the 2nd degree.
