Clinton Police Arrests: October 19 - 24

October 19
Meriam Marcellin, 38, of Elm Street in New Haven was arrested by Clinton Police and charged with possession of a shoplifting device, criminal attempt to commit, and improper use of a marker, registration or license.

October 20
Police arrested David Whipple, 27, of Boston Post Road in Westbrook with charges of reckless driving; disobeying the signal of an officer; improper use of a registration or license; operating an unregistered vehicle; not having adequate insurance coverage; failure to keep to the right; disregarding signage; illegal manufacture/distribution/sale and/or dispensing; and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

October 24
Police arrested Daryl Kelman, 43, of Temper Drive in Wallingford with charges of larceny in the sixth degree.
Lance Nardi, 45, of Grey Ledge Drive in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol; failing to drive in the proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast.
Police arrested Frank Kupiec, 52, of Liberty Street in Clinton with charges of disorderly conduct. LeeAnn Flora, 49, of the same address was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
