Clinton Police Arrests: November 9 - 14

November 9
Clinton Police arrested John Reilly II, 24, of Lockwood Drive in Clinton with charges of possession of a controlled substance (narcotics); illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale and/or dispensing of drugs by a non-drug person; possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance (non-narcotic) and its illegal manufacture, distribution, sale and/or dispensing.
Albert Monaco, 23, of River Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with the criminal violation of a protective order: threatening or trespassing.

November 10
Police arrested Robert Hinckley, 60, of Killingworth Turnpike in Clinton with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
