Clinton Police Arrests: March 28 - April 4

The following information is provided by the Clinton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

March 28
Matthew Wolosko, 35, of East Main Street in Clinton, was arrested and charged with larceny in the fifth degree: shoplifting.  

Clinton Police arrested Ernie Lussier, 30, of Lionel Avenue in Clinton with three charges of injury/risk of injury/impairing the morals of children; assault in the third degree; threatening; interfering with an emergency call; and disorderly conduct in a domestic-family dispute.    

March 31
A juvenile (age 16) was arrested by police and charged with criminal attempt to commit assault in the second degree, breach of peace and possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana.   

A second juvenile (age 17) was arrested and charged with conspiracy, breach of peace, possession of a weapon(s) in a vehicle and assault in the second degree.  

Police arrested Daniel Smedley, 25, of Allen Street in New Britain with two charges of harassment in the second degree and disorderly conduct.  

April 4
Joseph Pyatt, 50, of West Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with violation of his probation or conditional discharge.
