Amanda Whewell, 30, of Poquonnock Road in Groton was arrested with charges of assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
Police arrested Anthony Pizzimenti, 41, of Poquonnock Road in Groton with charges of criminal violation of a restraining order.

Police issued a summons to Robert Maley, 20, of Middletown Avenue in Northford stating possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana.
Alexandra Cook, 20, of Stanton Road in Clinton was issued a summons by police stating possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana.
Alba Gonzalez, 22, of West Main Street in Clinton was issued a summons by police stating the improper use of registration plates and operating a vehicle without a license.
Simon Ames, 19, of High Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
