February 7
Clinton Police arrested Michael Galiger, 19, of Blue Gill Lane in Westbrook with charges of stalking in the second degree, harassment in the second degree and breach of peace.

Police arrested Brian Whaples, 54 of Bordertown, New Jersey with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and breach of peace, among other charges.

Claudette Whaples, 45, of East Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with breach of peace, among another charge.
February 13
Charles Johnson, 60, of Glenwood Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
