Clinton Police Arrests: April 19 - 25

The following arrest information is supplied by the Clinton Police Department.  It does not indicate a conviction.

April 19  
Police arrested Stephen Indich, 57, of Spencer Plains Road in Westbrook with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failing to drive in the proper lane.  

April 21
Michael Diorio, 27, of Wangum Road in Westbrook was arrested and charged with reckless driving and operating a vehicle with a suspended or refused license and/or registration.     

Police arrested Cathy Hidalgo, 40, of West Main Street in Clinton with charges of disorderly conduct.  

Robert Anderson, 37, of West Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.  

April 23
Police arrested Carlos Quiles, 30, of Campfield Avenue in Hartford with charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or refused license and/or registration.    

April 24
Nainy Bah, 20, of East Main Street in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in a domestic-family dispute.     

Police arrested Jacob Townsend, III, 51, of Layfayette Green Road in Clinton with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.  

Yuridia Ortiz, 29, of Center Street in Wallingford was arrested by Clinton Police and charged with failure to appear on a warrant service in the second degree.  

April 25
A 17-year old juvenile was arrested and charged with the illegal manufacture, distribution, sale and dispensing of a controlled substance in or within 1,500 feet of a school and conspiracy.     

During this time period, police issued four summons for a variety of reasons including: failing to wear a seatbelt, traveling unreasonably fast, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, creating a public disturbance, and failing to obey a control signal.
