Clinton Doctor Turns Himself In On Two Outstanding Arrest Warrants

Clinton police say Dr. Tory Westbrook, 44, a married resident of Glastonbury and former employee of the Community Health Center in Clinton, turned himself in on two outstanding arrest warrants held by the Clinton Police Department.

He is charged with sexual assault in the second degree and sexual assault in the fourth degree, both charges carrying a $100,000 bond, said police.

In Manchester, there are two outstanding arrest warrants for Westbrook. The first charges him with sexual assault in the fourth degree. The second charges him with sexual assault in the second degree, unlawful restraint in the second degree and criminal attempt to commit sexual assault in the fourth degree.

According to police, the Connecticut Chief State's Attorney's office also as an outstanding arrest warrant for Westbrook. Their warrant charges him with six counts of larceny in the sixth degree and six counts of insurance fraud.

Police say that Westbrook is being held on a $360,000 bond and will be arraigned in Middletown Superior Court today, Oct. 11. He had a pending court date today in relation to his previous arrests, say police.
