Alleged Clinton Drug Dealer Facing Numerous Charges after Arrest

After her May 9 arrest, Shea Decesare, a Clinton resident heads to court May 21 facing numerous charges. According to court documents, 46 bags of heroic and 20 bags of crack cocaine have been seized in connection to her case.

Clinton Resident Shea Decesare, 39, was arrested on May 9, during the course of a motor vehicle stop. Police reported they had been watching Decesare's residence after receiving numerous complaints from neighbors and others who suspected her of drug dealing over the past year.

The motor vehicle stop led to her arrest and Decesare was charged with two counts of sale of narcotics, possession of narcotics (cocaine) with intent to sell, possession of narcotics (heroin) with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, and conspiracy to sell narcotics. She was operating a vehicle owned by her friend, Caitlin Creeron, who was a passenger in the vehicle.  

According to court documents at Middletown Superior court, the following property has been seized in connection with the case:

  • Crack pipe w/ rubber tip
  • Crack pipe
  • 2 needles
  • Spoon
  • Broken Crack Pipe
  • 46 Bags of Heroin
  • 20 Bags of Crack Cocaine
  • Diazepam
  • Carisoprodol
  • 2 bags of crack cocaine from Creeron
  • 3 checks
  • 1 bag
  • 1 cell phone
Decesare's court date is May 21, at Middletown Superior Court.
