October/November's Violation Of Probation And Interfering With An Officer

The following arrest information is supplied by the Clinton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction:

October 24

Marcio Martines, 32, of Old Nod Road in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Joao Aquino, 35, of Old Nod Road in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

October 25

Marcio Martines, 32, of Old Nod Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with violation of probation and/or conditional discharge and failure to appear in the second degree.

October 26

Eugene Baldi, 60, of School House Road in Old Saybrook was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree – false pretense or promise.

October 28

Sean Alexander, 38, of Hammock Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with breach of peace.

Police arrested Joanne Odea, 54, of Longate Road in Clinton with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

October 29

Police arrested Claudia Fuentes, 26, of Sunnybrook Lane in Clinton in a domestic incident and charged her with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Maria Ovalle, 23, of Sunnybrook Lane in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged her with disorderly conduct.

Christopher Larabee, 27, of Sunnybrook Lane in Clinton was arrested in a domestic incident and charged with disorderly conduct.

Police arrested Breianne Vinyard, 19, of Lochbourne Drive in Clinton in a domestic incident charging her with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief in the second degree.

October 30

Police arrested Ashley Little, 21, of Barclay Street in New Haven charging her with interfering with an office (non-assaultive), failure to appear in the first and failure to appear in the second degree.

October 31

Police arrested Anthony Dilieto, 44, of Alstrum Street in Hamden and charged him with larceny in the sixth degree, shoplifting.

November 2

Police arrested Tina Griggs, 43, of East Main Street at the Village Motel charging her with criminal violation of a protective order.

November 3

Police arrested John Diglio, 20, of Old Turnpike in North Branford with charges of larceny in the fifth, theft from a building.

Ferdinando Amato, 41, of Beach Park Road in Clinton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, threatening, and injury or risk or injury and impairing the morals of children.

November 4

Police arrested Donald Adley, 75, of Waterside Lane in Clinton with charges of failure to pay or plead.

Police arrested Jaimie Flanagan, 31, of New London Avenue in Salem, CT with charges of operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

November 5

Kenneth Palifka, 66, of Broadway North Street in Westbrook was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane and disobeying the signals of an officer.

November 6

Police arrested Scott Stankiewicz, 23, of Meadow Road in Clinton and charged him with operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and operating an unregistered vehicle.
