P&Z candidate Ed Alberino apparently thinks the rules don't apply to him.  On 6/11/2011 P&Z granted the Alberinos request to open a tattoo shop with the condition that no signs advertising the tattoo use be visible from Rt 1.  The Alberinos readily agreed saying the didn't want to offend anyone.  First came a sign advertising "body art" (wink wink).  Now there is a sign that says "TATTOOS".  Really?
