drunken driving

I say the first selectman, W. Fritz of Clinton driving around at least 6 times drunk.  WATCHED HIM GET OUT OF HIS TRUCK ON 4 OCCASIONS STUMBLING AND REAKING OF BOOZE.  wHY HASN'T HE BEEN ARRESTED.  They arrest sick people who can use a breathalyzer becasue of copd and arrest and ask questions later.  Two years ago they arrested my husband for Dui and after waiting over a year for the results (both negative) lawyer cost $2500., and they did it to him again.  He's very sick but not incapable of driving on occasions.  He doesn't drive when his amonia levels go up as he is dying of hep C which caused cirrhois of the liver.  Your paper printed he was arrested but never did an article saying he was found alchol free and drug free.  They arrested him again and again he's innocent but will have to be in and out of court, pay another lawyer, pay for the car tow, and nobody cares.  He was inoccent then and is now.  I just don't see why a selectman can get away with drinking an driving all over town and innocent people with no money who don't drink because of liver disease are put through hell.  Thank you for letting me speak my mind as I am very upset about injustice.
