Clinton Girl Scouts Collect Toys and Food at Annual Holiday Fun Night

Troop 62879, currently the eldest Girl Scout troop in Clinton hosted the 18th Annual Holiday Fun Night on November 21st.  Ninety scouts and family members played games and decorated placemats for the Shoreline Soup Kitchen.  The girls collected 31 toys, which were delivered to the police station for their Toys for Toys collection and 127 pounds of food, which was delivered to the Shoreline Food Pantry.  For more information about joining Girl Scouts, please email: clintongirlscoutrecruitment@gmail.com

This was a really fun event for all of the Girl Scouts in Clinton. Thank you to the girls that sponsored it for making a better holiday for many folks that received the toys and food. Great job!
