Clinton Boy Scout Troop 55 Says Thank You for Successful Fundraiser

Clinton Boy Scout Troop 55 would once again like to thank our community, our travelling guests and the businesses that graciously supported our 2014 Coffee Break Fundraiser held over the Memorial Day weekend.  Since the 1970’s it’s been a tradition that Troop 55 has provided refreshments to travelers who visit the I-95 Westbrook rest stop. We saw many familiar faces again this year and welcomed more new friends.  As always, hearing the entertaining stories of holiday travels and past visits to the Coffee Break are a highlight for our scouts and leaders. Additionally, without the support from the generous businesses, our annual troop fundraiser would not have been such a huge success!  We would like to thank the following businesses that graciously agreed to support our efforts this year: Beach Donut Shop in Clinton, Cohen’s Bagel Company in Madison and Dunkin Donuts (7 Glenwood Rd., Clinton; 1315 Boston Post Rd., Madison; 1200 Boston Post Rd., Guilford; 977 Boston Post Rd., Westbrook; 255 Main St., Niantic; 211 Flanders Rd., Niantic; 970 Hartford Trnpke., Waterford).  Thank you again to all the district managers, store managers, store owners and travelers that made our annual Memorial Day Westbrook Coffee Break so successful!

Sincerely grateful,

Boy Scout Troop 55, Clinton, CT
