so I went to the beach today and was told I need a beach pass.20$ for the summer.i've never paid to use my town beach.taxpayers should use it for free.are you kidding me?? where were these people Friday?on a weekend,and no one in the booth collecting from all the tourists using our beach for free? what a joke.
